The agreement is written on company letterhead only — NOT on stamped paper or any government-authorized document.
Capital Investment is MSME-registered and does NOT hold any license from SEBI, RBI, IRDA, or any other legal regulatory authority for investment, portfolio management, or financial advisory services. This agreement is NOT valid for external legal action against Capital Investment. Any disputes are governed under Gujarat Judiciary jurisdiction only.
